There is no question, we like to work with people we can trust. In fact that is why we like to use people that maybe have done business with someone we know. Sometimes though we are on our own and have to pick someone. How we do this is to use our “gut” feelings sometimes. Here are a couple of ground rules that others have used to pick their Real Estate Buyers Agent.

An Advocate: This is someone who will “stick up” for your best interest, even when you are not present, this person in working for you to get you what you want and desire. They know this because they have taken the time to listen to you and to take notes! They will take your best interest to heart. What you want is what they want.
